These Terms govern your access to Josh Stanton AI websites, digital materials, the Super Agent Course, and related support. By accessing or purchasing these services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the services or make a purchase. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
The Super Agent Course
The Super Agent Course is a digital educational product designed to help business owners create, connect, and command AI Super Agents. It may include lessons, templates, frameworks, examples, and supporting materials. Course content may be updated, improved, replaced, or removed over time.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and business operations. You may not resell, share, reproduce, publish, or distribute course materials without written permission.
Payments
Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.
Access is provided after successful payment, subject to the platform and payment provider completing their processes.
Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Super Agent Course includes a seven-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund within seven calendar days of your purchase date by emailing josh@joshstantonai.com with the email address used for your order.
How refunds work: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. When a refund is issued, access to course materials and included support may end. This guarantee does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Requests made after the seven-day period are not covered by this guarantee, except where required by applicable law.
Included Support
The Super Agent Course includes seven days of direct WhatsApp or Telegram support while you set up and use your Super Agent. Support is intended to help you apply the course material to your situation. It is not an unlimited done-for-you service, ongoing consulting arrangement, or guarantee of a particular business outcome.
We may set reasonable boundaries around availability, communication channels, response times, and the type of assistance provided.
AI Disclaimer
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing AI output, choosing what information to share, approving actions taken through connected tools, and ensuring your use complies with your legal, contractual, professional, and privacy obligations.
Josh Stanton AI provides education and general information. It is not legal, financial, accounting, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the services or course materials to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, harm others, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, misrepresent AI output as independently verified, or use our materials to build or sell a competing course or service based substantially on those materials.
No Guaranteed Results and Limitation of Liability
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, effort, market, offer, team, tools, and how you implement the material. We do not guarantee income, time savings, leads, sales, business growth, or any other result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopilot Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms as our services change. The effective date above shows the latest version. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the services, or fail to pay amounts due.
