This policy applies to joshstantonai.com, related Josh Stanton AI pages, the Super Agent Course, course communications, and direct support we provide through channels such as email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

This policy does not control third-party websites, apps, payment pages, AI services, or social platforms that may be linked from our services. Their privacy policies apply to their own processing.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to run our services, fulfil purchases, communicate with you, improve our website, and protect our business and users.

  • Information you provide: name, email address, messages, support requests, survey responses, and information you choose to provide in forms or communications.
  • Purchase and account information: product purchased, transaction date and status, refunds, access-related information, and limited payment confirmation data supplied by a payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Support and course information: questions, requests, attachments, business context, and feedback you voluntarily share while receiving course access or support.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, interactions with emails or links, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.
  • Marketing and social information: advertising identifiers, campaign or referral information, and information made available when you interact with our ads, social pages, or public content.

Please do not send sensitive information such as government identifiers, payment card details, health information, passwords, or confidential client data through support channels unless we have specifically asked for it and agreed on an appropriate method.

3. Where Information Comes From

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our sites and emails, and from service providers that help us process payments, host pages, deliver a course, provide communications, measure site activity, or run advertising. We may also receive information from a referral source, advertising platform, or social platform when you choose to engage with us there.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the services, including to:

  • process purchases, refunds, and transactions;
  • deliver the Super Agent Course and related customer support;
  • provide the included seven days of WhatsApp or Telegram support where applicable;
  • respond to questions, feedback, and privacy requests;
  • send transactional messages about an order, access, support, security, or policy changes;
  • send marketing communications where permitted and subject to your choices;
  • understand site performance, attribution, and audience engagement;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and other harmful activity; and
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

If UK or EEA data-protection law applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, although this does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate pages, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure campaigns, and improve our marketing. The information these technologies may collect includes online identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral information, and interaction data.

Our websites may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These providers may receive online identifiers and activity information from your browser when their technology is active on a page. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy terms and controls.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings and may use provider controls such as Google Ads Settings and Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies can affect site functionality. To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the message.

6. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Categories of recipients may include:

  • payment, website-hosting, email, communications, analytics, advertising, course-delivery, and support providers;
  • professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers;
  • government authorities, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property;
  • a buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law; and
  • other parties when you direct or authorise us to disclose information.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, use of advertising and analytics technology may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for cross-context behavioural advertising under some U.S. privacy laws. See U.S. State Privacy Notices for your opt-out rights.

7. AI and Support Data

When you ask for help with AI agents, you may choose to share business context, workflows, prompts, or other information. We use that information to respond to your request and provide support. Do not include highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless we have expressly agreed it is appropriate and you have authority to share it.

AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for deciding what information to provide, what third-party tools to connect, and whether to rely on or implement AI output in your business. We do not use support information to train a public AI model unless we first obtain your permission.

8. Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service delivery, support, transaction records, dispute resolution, security, and legal or tax obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable requirements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information for longer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and use providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections for cross-border transfers.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email. You can ask us to update or delete information by using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information where permitted or required by law.

11. U.S. State Privacy Notices

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories: identifiers and contact information; commercial information about transactions; internet, device, and usage information; approximate location derived from IP address; communications and support content; and marketing or advertising identifiers. We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this policy.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. When Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising technology is active, disclosure of online identifiers and activity information may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. To exercise a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request, email josh@joshstantonai.com with that subject line. You may also use browser-based privacy controls and advertising-provider controls.

Authorised agents may make a request on your behalf where allowed by law. We may request proof of authorisation and verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the word “Appeal” in the subject line.

12. EEA, UK and Australia

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have the rights described above, as well as the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in Australia, you may ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you and may complain to us or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.

15. Contact and Privacy Requests

For questions, privacy requests, opt-out requests, or complaints, email josh@joshstantonai.com. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record and verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
